Remember the saying “Spring Forward, Fall Back”? Well, the time to “fall back” is quickly approaching!
It’s hard to believe we determine the direc-tion of our lives by the turn of the clock… tic toc, tic toc the mouse ran up the clock! Usually, we wish for good ole Friday to come and end our work week, but as you know, nursing is a 24/7 job. The message I’d like to leave you all with is: Please remember that life is precious, and we must savor every moment of the day and thank our lucky stars for being able to see it! We all chose nursing as a career and knew what we were getting into, good bad or indifferent, so make the best of it and teach the new nursing graduates how rewarding this life can be! We did it, so they can, too.
Congratulations to the August and soon December 2019 classes! They will need our guidance so please help them along to keep our Mercy Alumni Association alive!
